PRESENTATION

Situated in the midst of a green tapestry and by the riverside the « Moulin de la Forge » offers exclusive relaxation and well being in its wooden and peaceful setting on 1 hectare of land.This dwelling is divided into three large and independent lodges (gîtes) conceived as personal country residences that offer warm sitting rooms, friendly kitchens and private gardens. The tiled floorings, Bourguignons styled and contemporary furniture shall create the charm and confort suited to your inner cravings

The capacity of each gite is writen on this page. If you need more place, we have a new "chambre d'hote" for 2 persons, totally independant with bathroom, private WC, lounge and a little kitchen pour the breakfast (but not for cooking). You can rent this room for you, your friends for one week or one night. look at the page : salle de seminaire
You also will see a large room (75 m²) with a podium and a piano. This room can be rent (in the same time than the gites) for seminars, cultural training period (danse, music, yoga, therapy...) in the limit of 20 persons.

88 m²  -  for 4 People

Description of the lodge

-          On the ground floor :
                                      - a large kitchen-dinning room
                                      - a sitting room with fireplace and an open hearth
                                      - one twin and one double bedroom
                                      - one bathroom with shower
                                      - a separete W.C.

-          Outside : a yard with closed and private garden. The exposure is south-west

-       Confort :

                                          - Refrigerator / freezer / washingmachine / dishwasher /micro-wave oven/electric oven
                                          - satellite TV with  international channels , french channels with TNT, radio FM with CD reader, Wifi
                                - Child’s bed and highchair on request.
                                - Basic grocery in the lodge. Stores at Laignes (5 km)

                                           - On the outside : garden furniture and barbecue

Tariffs  2012 (euros)

-       Security deposit : payable on arrival : 100 euros

-          Charges included in the tariff : water, electricity

-          Charges not included in the tariff : central heating  13,,00 to 15,25  euros per day according to the season. Tariff at the 1/1/2012.

Bedsheets : 8,5 euros for each bed    --      towels : 3,5 euros / person     --      cleaning of the lodging : 36 euros

      Swimmingpool and golf : 20 km /     tennis : 5 km /    River fishing, swim and rowboat : on the property /

 Description of the lodge :

-        On the ground floor :
an old barn converted into a sitting room with kitchen
dinning room whitch opens on one side to a covered terrace and on the other side, open onto a closed garden. Fire place.
One twin bedroom
a shower and a separate WC.

-          On the first floor :
one twin
one double bed room
one bathroom with shower, WC

Outside : a yard with closed and private garden. The exposure is south-north
